This Lodge is great excellent for corporate events, weddings, family gatherings, birthdays, graduation parties, or game or craft nights with friends. The Lodge has beautiful natural light, a large stone fireplace, full kitchen, two indoor restrooms, and tables and chairs for up to 65 persons.

• $100/day rate – Active members

• $50/night rate - any time after 10pm-10am -Active members

• $150/day – Organizations sponsored by an active member

• $50/night rate - any time after 10pm-10am

• Damage Deposit: $200 (paid in advance)

The damage deposit will be refunded (or adjusted) within 2 weeks after the event, following inspection by the Property Manager, Rental Coordinator, or designee.

Membership Requirement

• A lessee must be an active member (membership lasts 1 calendar year).

• OR be sponsored by an active member who has been a member for more than 1 year.

• OR the lessee may purchase a 2-year membership to be eligible to rent the Conservation Center Lodge.

Property Access

• Renting the lodge does not grant exclusive access to the entire property.

• You do receive exclusive use of the lodge building if that is included in your rental agreement.

• Izaak Walton members may still be on the grounds but are instructed not to interfere with rental groups

Reservation & Payment Requirements

• After a rental coordinator confirms your date is available, payment is required to secure the reservation.

• Both the rental fee and damage deposit must be received before your date is officially reserved.

• Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Payments become non-refundable once your rental time is reserved.

Permitted Use of Property

The lessee may use the premises only for the purposes agreed upon in the rental agreement.

A Day rental = 12h 10a-10p  =$100

A Night rental = 12h 10p-10a =$50

Refund Policy

Once payment is received and your date is placed on the calendar,

Using the Lodge rental link on our website to fill out the rental request form. You will be contacted about the availability of your requested dates. To hold your reservation, please make payment through PayPal or check.

The Lodge is equipped with a digital lock on all the doors. Once your rental dates have been approved, the liability form is filled out, and reservation payment is received, we will email you with your lock passcode for your set time and day.

There is a check out list on the wall when you enter the front door, make sure to check off the list, sign and leave on the desk upon exit.

We ask that you try and stay within your allotted time, which 12 hours per paid day. You may reach out to our rental team about extending your reservation. You may be subject to additional fees for exceeding the agreement.
